The Head of the Directorate is responsible for the orderly and effective operation of its departments, particularly for the organization, coordination, monitoring, and evaluation of their actions and activities. The Head determines the Service’s priorities for each period in line with the annual action plan and cooperates regularly with subordinates, providing guidance and the necessary motivation for the implementation of the work of the organizational units. The Head also signs documents relating to matters within the Directorate’s competencies, in accordance with the system of signing authority applied by the Municipality.
The Directorate of Roadworks, Sewerage, and Public Spaces consists of the following departments:
a. Department of Administrative Support and E-Governance
b. Department of Studies, Documentation, and Programming
c. Department of Supervision
d. Department of Technical Crews
e. Department of Licensing
