The Director of the Department is responsible for the orderly and efficient operation of its divisions, particularly for the organization, coordination, monitoring, and evaluation of their activities and actions. They set the Service’s priorities for each period in line with the annual action plan and cooperate regularly with their subordinates, providing guidance and the necessary motivation for the implementation of the units’ work. The Director signs documents relating to the Department’s areas of responsibility, in accordance with the system of delegated signature authority applied by the Municipality.
