The Head of the Department is responsible for the smooth and effective operation of its sections, particularly for organizing, coordinating, monitoring, and evaluating their actions and activities. They set the Service’s priorities for each period according to the annual action plan and collaborate regularly with their subordinates, providing guidance and the necessary motivation to accomplish the work of the organizational units. They sign documents related to matters within the Department’s competence, in accordance with the Municipality’s document signing authority system.
The Department of Green Spaces and Urban Fauna consists of the following sections:
