- Provides the newlyweds, on the same day, with the “Civil Marriage Ceremony Declaration”.
- Maintains and safeguards, permanently, the required documents for the conduct of civil marriages.
- Communicates with Public Services, Consulates, and Foreign Embassies on matters concerning civil marriages.
