The head of the department is responsible for the smooth and effective operation of its divisions, including the organization, coordination, monitoring, and evaluation of their actions. They set the department’s priorities according to the annual action plan and regularly collaborate with staff, providing guidance and the necessary motivation to achieve the goals of the organizational units. They sign documents related to the department’s responsibilities, in accordance with the Municipality’s document signing authority system.
