1. Timely settlement of the debt.
i. Certification Notes: Payment must be made within 7 calendar days from the date of issuance of the Certification Note.
The transaction clearance and issuance of the Receipt Duplicate are completed within 1 to 3 business days.
ii. Debt Settlements (by law): Payment of installments must be made by the due date. For payment of more than one installment, you must make separate payments for the exact amount of each installment, not the total sum of the installments you wish to pay.
iii. Treasury Invitations – Account Notifications (Notices): Payment must be made by the stated due date.
2. Payment must match the exact stated amount of the debt.
REASONS FOR TRANSACTION REJECTION

2. Incorrect entry of the RF Electronic Payment Code.
3. Late payment.
For online payments, the rejected amount is immediately returned to your account, and if the debt payment is still within the deadline, you can perform a new correct transaction.
For offline transactions, the entity you used for the transaction is solely responsible for notifying you of the rejection and returning the amount. If the debt payment is still within the deadline, you can perform a new correct transaction.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter.
