Evgenios (Sakis) Kollatos is the Vice Mayor for Electricity, Energy Upgrading and Civil Protection, responsible for the Directorate of Electricity and the Department of Civil Protection and e-services for citizens of the Directorate of Strategic Planning, Resilience and Innovation, as described in the internal regulation of the City of Athens.
In the absence or unavailability of the Vice Mayor for Electricity, Energy Upgrading and Civil Protection, he is substituted by Vice Mayor Christos Tentomas.

Evgenios (Sakis) Kollatos was born in Kalamata and grew up in Athens. He is married to Hara Alexandropoulou and they have 2 children. He is a Civil Engineering graduate and holds an ΜΒΑ. He works as a manager at the Operator of the Hellenic Electricity Distribution Network. He has been elected as President of the 5th District of the City of Athens (2003-2006), Municipal Councilor (2007-2013) responsible for the 7 municipal districts of the City of Athens and President of the Inter-Municipal Natural Gas Company “Athinaiko Aerio”). His involvement in politics starts from the ranks of the Youth Organisation of New Democracy party – ONNED (Secretary of local office, Chairman of the Prefecture, City Secretariat of the New Democratic Student Movement) and as a member of the central committee of the New Democracy Party (1992-2004). His trade union activity culminated with his tenure at General Federation of Electricity Personnel (2000-2012). In the 2015 parliamentary elections, he was a candidate with the New Democracy party. Today he is a member of the Political Committee of the New Democracy party.
