Vassilios – Fivos Axiotis is the Vice Mayor for Urban and Building Infrastructure and City Planning, responsible for the Directorate of the City Planning and Urban Environment and the Directorate of Road Construction, Sewerage and Public Spaces, as well as the subordinate departments and offices, as described in the internal regulation of the City of Athens. His competences are related to city planning, road construction and the maintenance and elaboration of new technical projects in the field of public infrastructure.

Vassiliios – Fivos Axiotis was born in 1985 in Athens. He graduated from the School of Civil Engineering of the National Technical University of Athens and holds a Master’s degree from- the Fu Foundation School of Engineering and Applied Science of Columbia University (New York) and the Harvard Business School in Boston. From an early age he got involved in constructions, energy and tourism business. In the 2015 parliamentary elections, he was a candidate with the New Democracy party. He speaks English, German, French and Italian.
